Is it me or does it only let a few countries drop down in the initial menu? I'm looking at it via iPad so not sure if its a tech thing. Looks like most of Europe is missing as well as the US.

EDIT - now that I looked with a normal computer, there are no other eligible countries....

Same in Belgium.

The VPN trick doesn't work because Apple and Google stores go by your phone's reported location and/or SIM card.

I get sent to the Moldovan Itune shop but apparently I don't have a visa to enter.
