how to check booking class? and how to send reservation by email

I have a PNR booked via an OTA (lan flights from Spain to Peru), and I don't have a Lan Pass account.

How can I check the booking classes on my PNR (fare classes do not show up when I view the PNR under "my bookings" at latam.com)?
In addition is there a way to send yourself the reservation via email (also not features under my bookings)? reason - the email I have from my OTA is not recognized by tripit

Thanks

You can see your ticket details on "Check-in & Other Services" and then "Ticket Details": http://www.lan.com/cgi-bin/recibo_et...bo_eticket.cgi

Then you can enter your PNR or ticket number

Good luck!

I have booked flights from LATAM and found my Itinerary shown

Cabin: Economy - H
Fare: XEELE10F

I think my booking class should be H.
But when I credited my miles into my Alaska mileage plan, I only receives 50% of miles, and so I guess the system determined that my booking class is X.

When I use the "Ticket Details" page, under the tag "Cabin" it no longer shows "Economy - H" but only shows "Economy" and Fare "XEELE10F"

When crediting the miles, should the booking class be identified by the letter under the Cabin of the itinerary (in my case, H), or the first letter of the fare code (in my case, X)?

I'm able to bring up the ticket details for an upcoming trip but is there a way to also see the fare classes for each leg? And, to come back to the query of the OP, is there a way to send all the booking details in an email? Also, for one of my flights the status shows STATUS_CUPON_CTRL - hope this is not something to worry about?

Hi all,

I'm a Delta flyer and I'll be trying out LATAM in a few months for the first time. I'm trying to figure out my fare class/booking class for my flight but I can't find it anywhere. I booked with an OTA and they didn't disclose the fare class. The link provided above no longer works. Any ideas? I'll be crediting the flight to DL so I don't want/need a LATAMPass account.

Thanks!

which OTA did you book with? I have booked LA flights on Orbitz and it shows the booking classes on email of confirmed flights when I book it also shows it when booking on Orbitz. If it didn’t you could also call LATAM to ask and have it emailed to you

You can access Latam reservations on https://www.etihad.com/en/ (Etihad uses Sabre, just like Latam). Go to "Manage" -> "View or change booking", insert your data, and choose "View / print itinerary". You will be directed to "VirtuallyThere" (the former Sabre website, which these days is no longer available otherwise and redirects to TripCase). Click on "View eTicket Receipt," which will show the fare basis. The first letter of the fare basis should be your booking/fare class.

WOAH, that's amazing. I had used Saudia before to get information on a ticket of mine, but LA didn't work on their site. This worked perfectly! Thank you so much.

You can see the ticket details if you have the reservation on TRIPCASE (associated to your email or manually added with "link a booking"). Perhaps that is what you need?

I need the same help for a past booking. Fare Basis code is not provided in their original receipt they sent me when I booked. A table of fare basis codes would be helpful.
