Unfortunately, LAN's Premium Business isn't so premium these days.

Upon what are you basing that statement? LAN's ground service may be poor but the hard product in J is still the best option in South America.

Just based on my experiences on several flights: MIA - EZE, MIA - SCL, and SCL - EZE all in J. The cabin crews have been lazy and rude, the food hasn't been that great, and the only decent aspect of these flights has been the flat beds, which aren't even that nice anymore given that even AA has far better flat beds on its 77W fleet.

Frankly, although AV doesn't have full flat beds, I find their service to be significantly better.
