Just stop playing JV =). I like birds, bet the farm, or studio. Usually play in the background while doing some work.

On the plus side, I got 4,500 LPs with my daily spin today!

I play the birds when I am trying to build a casino. I drop my bet to 100 because the V's lower your chances to get jackpots and run the birds until I get all the V's. Then I go back to JV and bet 1000 at a time to build LP faster. I just hope this game is still around by June when I can redeem for comps I want to use end of August.
They posted on the FB group that the new RTW game is coming soon.
I wish they would put in hotel nights on a Saturday.

Funny story: I was once at a presentation by Gary Loveman, CEO of Caesar's. He was complaining about a Midwest riverboat competitor who had too many weekend promos, telling us, "I can't believe they're putting out promos on a Saturday night. We could put out an abacus an people would bet on that!"
Tiki, what level are you on? Somewhere in the 60s, you need to start betting double your previous bet to generate the same amount of LP's. This is one of those games where it pays not to level up.
I just built Mandalay Bay and only have one left to build. I think it's MGM. Mandalay Bay always gives me at least a four-figure coin bonus when I go to My Strip and gives me 50-200 LP's about 50% of the time.

I am at level 63 & usually play Excalibur as I get the most bonus rounds but what are you saying about betting double? I usually bet around 300 depending on what my chip balance is. And I only have MGM left to build. I am at 96,000 LP. So are you saying that the LP's don't add up as fast once you get past level 60? That's crazy.
I am seeing a lot of sold out awards....sucks.

Some of them just involve getting there when they refresh at a certain time i.e 6am PST on a Saturday (or whatever it actually is)
Also, have some of them increased cost wise?
I'm in the level 50s with 2 hotels left. I've been betting 150 but 300 seems fine most of the time. If I start losing, I exit the game and try later.
May take a while to level up, but with 100 auto-spins, you can sit back and break even / lose little.

They are only allowing 3 redemptions in a month per account now but I don't know if this is per visit to Vegas. Our trip is only an overnighter in August because we are actually enroute to somewhere else. I am sure I have enough time to get enough LPs to get a pair of show tickets and two meal vouchers. But if I redeem those in June intending to use them in August, can I also redeem 3 more lesser awards, maybe for drinks or admission to some attraction in July also intending to use them in the same August trip?
Has anyone done the $75 F&B at New York? Does it all have to be redeemed at once or can you redeem some of it at one buffet and save some for a couple of drinks in one of their outlets?

I'm in Vegas on Sat/Sun and going to redeem that very award so I'll find out then. Shame they don't give more details as I don't want to find out that it only works at 2 out of 10 outlets and then Mon-Thurs only or something.

I am going this weekend & scored a steak dinner for 2 @ Excalibur and brunch on Sunday at the Border Grill @ Mandalay. Sweet.
I had Bellagio buffet but threw it back...seems to have declined since I was there last. Good luck to everyont.

Yeah, once you get to the high 60's, I think it's 67, you need to start betting more to get the same LPs. I get the 10 LPs for every 10-11 bets @1,500 per spin.
Awards are going like hotcakes. They never seem to have any of the food awards.

well, used my $75 NYNY food/drink credit today. Not sure if it's day specific but the man at the MLife desk put the "9 Irishmen" pub down for where I could use it (11am opening).
No problem with it. Girl on the front desk said a few people had been using them.
Got fish and chips and a couple of deserts + drinks for just over $44. Full at that point but could have had 5 bottles of beer to use up the credit if I'd wanted.

BTW, I really like the new 80 Days game! It's been paying out reasonably well and nice graphics on the hidden object game. I finished with 3 days to spare but didn't get anything extra for it.

I just got back last night. I collected the reward for Steakhouse at Excalibur which was suprisingly good--huge portions too--it was $150 credit which totally covered our meal & we had a lot of food...just the tip came out of pocket. Then had a great brunch at Border Grill at Mandalay yesterday...again just the tip plus our drinks & food was awesome. All free!!
