Exactly what we were discussing with my LAN friends.. one thing is watching those uniforms worn by models and a completely different thing will be reality.. I do think that they look quite nice and elegant though..

Regarding the livery I have a different opinion though..

The under-fuselage detail is a nice, and unexpected, touch.

Which reminds me: Is it my imagination or are the red coats in LIM all of European extraction leaving those with indigenous looks to (wo)man the desks? Or is my sample size too small?

Yesterday evening while riding my bike, I definitely saw a plane taking off from FLL with the distinctive new LATAM tail. I made a mental note to look up the flight, and couldn't find any scheduled service out of FLL that day. Any idea about that mysterious flight?
The plane was heading East, and did not make a typical turn North or South before disappearing into the distance.

LATAM doesn't have any scheduled service out of FLL.
you most likely saw another airline with a similar looking tail

I already stated that in the OP.
I also compared what I saw to all the departing flights on the FLL list, and concluded it would be impossible to mistake the LATAM tail for any of them.

Take it as a false positive... videoslan.com is an internal site, used to publish stuff to LATAM workers. It always blew my mind that it's not hardened and allows public unauthenticated access.

I actually liked the uniforms and understood the whole differentiation of positions through color.

On the other hand the new livery is underwhelming - the convoluted logo is particularly bad.
