Does DL comfort+ (W) not accrue on KE?

Does DL comfort+ (W) not accrue on KE?
I was looking to book ICN-CMH and saw that DL had good rates for comfort+ so I was thinking of booking on DL and accruing on KE. It seems like all of the comfort+ fares are W, which are worth 0% according to the DL accrual chart on the KE website. Some of the main cabin fares for the same itinerary (Q, K) at least accrue 50%, although others (U, L) do not. Is there a reason why the more expensive W tickets wouldn't accrue anything? Is there another class for comfort+ that does accrue? I feel like I'm missing something here. Thank you.

Korean Air and Delta do not share love with miles ever since Delta and KE had their big fight a few years ago. If flying Korean Air and crediting to Delta you get the same 0 or barely 50% base miles (but they don't count towards elite status).
