777-300 / 777-200ER review
Hi -
Looking to book award ticket on Korean air JFK to Tokyo. The A380 is not available in business, but wanted to know the scoop on business in either the 777-300 or the 777-200ER.
Also, one itinerary calls for an airport change - is that a big deal?
Thanks!

The planes have the exact same seats and setup in business class. An airport change, honestly, is not a big deal. Korean Air offers their own limousine bus outside of the arrivals level that goes nonstop to Gimpo. That being said, they do require a longer minimum connection time to change airports. BUT Haneda is also a FAR superior airport - great facilities, fast, clean and real close to Tokyo.
There are flights all day to NRT, is it just not available on your date? For instance, there's a 6:30 (KE 705). You'd only have to wait an hour (presuming you come in on the afternoon flight from JFK).

They do have flights available, as you note, but seem to fly different planes to each airport in Korea - so wanted to get the scoop on both in case one was much better than the other. Overall, what is your take on the Korea Air biz product? What about 1st class?

DL miles cannot be used for F on Korean.
