KE has a bunch of redemption partners including the Skyteam alliance and other airlines such as Hawaiian, GOL & Emirates. Getting from NYC to many asian cities can be done without involving KE itself by using DL, CI, CZ, MU, EK....
OZ miles can be used on UA which services many flights from NYC (EWR) directly to cities in Asia, NH, CA, AC, SQ and many others from JFK or other cities in the USA via connections.

Hi everyone. Need some honest help. Coming out straight forward. I can no longer fly into ICN as I have been deported from the country. I do not want to risk using ICN as a layover city. However I have a lot KAL and OZ miles (in the high 6 figure range). Im seeking advice on how I can travel between Asia and JFK without using ICN as a layover while using my skymiles/asiana. Is this even possible?

KE miles can also be used on China Air (Taiwan), CZ, MU etc. TPAC flights as well as DL from NRT, PVG, PEK, and HKG among others (KIX, MNL, Guam and flights through HNL come to mind). [For Bali and nearby places, there are VA routings through SYD that can use DL miles but AFAIK not KE miles as VA isn't in SkyTeam, nor is VS for routings through LHR.] For connections within Asia, don't forget Vietnam (which IIRC serves LAX too), Garuda, etc., which are also SkyTeam members.
Check whether KE has any non alliance bilateral partnerships, perhaps with AS, MH, or SQ or even CX and QF, plus the ME3.
