OT: new routes from RTM (non-SkyTeam)
I just thought it worthwhile pointing out the planned expansion of services currently underway at Rotterdam-The Hague airport.
Lufthansa commences a twice-daily CRJ900 service to Munich from Monday 1 October. There are some worldwide launch specials currently on offer, and returns to Munich start from €99.
British Airways announced recently that it intends to use slots that will become available after the bmi summer timetable has been completed to commence a number of new services from LHR, including to Rotterdam. No further details have been announced and the flights have not been scheduled and are not on sale.
Finally, an outfit called Europort Express intends to begin service from RTM with destinations including Geneva, Hamburg, London Southend, Humberside, Manchester, Dublin, Aberdeen and Durham Tees Valley. Some sources indicate a September start date, but this seems ambitious. (Some more info).

Yes, BA announced the timetable in the meantime and the flights are now on sale.
There will be 3 flights a day (not just workdays) from LHR T1 on A319s starting on Sunday December 9.

Turkish Airlines will finally open the long-expected IST-RTM route starting on 4 March, though it is only a 4-times weekly 737-800 service. At least it doesn't involve any very early starts/very late arrivals! Flights are on Su, Tu, Th & Fr, leaving IST at 1205 and returning from RTM at 1545 (arriving IST at 2005)

The THY website offers a promo €99 return fare, starting either from RTM or IST, for the first few weeks of the service (to 9 April). This rate is in W class, not mileage earning in LH/A3 programmes, not sure about TK's programme, though it actually prices out as €87.32.

The good news is that TK's 783s come with the best shorthaul hard & soft J product in Europe. The bad news is that TK substitute aircraft all the time, so you could easily end up on one of the Airbuses with economy seating in J, albeit with a free middle seat.

I thought to have read elsewhere that they would fly to SAW and not IST. However it now seems they fly to IST indeed - which is much better in terms of lounge access.

Well, there have been many posts here and elsewhere on FT about KLM serving more UK airports than BA, so maybe now BA is biting back - especially if KL drop the Cityjet-(ex VLM)-operated RTM-LCY!
Will KLM have RTM-AMS (and EIN-AMS) feeder flights to connect in to their long-haul network?

There are no domestic routes currently served in the Netherlands. Transavia (and sometimes KLM when a KL plane operates a service for HV) do of course position aircraft but no paying passengers are carried.
VLM served AMS-GRQ between 2006-8 with a service that originated in LCY.
I don't think we will ever see domestic service in NL again.
