Time to get Mosaic after 50k spend on Barclayscard??

Has anyone had experience with this??I met the qualifying spend 5 weeks ago but still no Mosaic.I travel in 3 weeks and it would be nice if it came thru soon.

Maybe call 'em up to ask. I would imagine sometime after your next statement posts. JB is very slow in updating points and status so a gentle bump to the TrueBlue department can expedite things.

It took two statement cycles to show on jetblue website and receive a welcome pack from jetblue. Just got it from spend a few months ago.

Thanks for answers.2 statements seems very inefficient.I called and they have confirmed that I hit spend amount by calling Barclays.I should have my mosaic this week.

Welcome to JetBlue, where your points post in days, not hours.

I did get the 15k which was surprising since I thought that was only on flight earned mosaic??I am very happy I am based in MIA/FLL and I now use Jetblue almost exclusively.Once you fly Jetblue you realize just how bad AA really is.I am lifetime Plat on AA but even with those benefits they still suck.

From what I've gathered, you shouldn't receive the 15k from spend alone. But if you have, props. I should meet $50k spend in a few weeks, and I'll see what happens.

I think I got the 15K too. It's a bit random. I just keep my mouth shut. My signup bonus for the AF/KL credit card in the Netherlands got me 50K extra status qualifying miles which it's not supposed to do either. I guess we get lucky...
