Mosaic renewal

Hi,

how long is Mosaic status valid? Does it expire 12:31 or does it carry over into the next year for a month or two?

Thanks,
Marc

Ok then I assume somehow they matched me through 2017 (not only 2016) too. Oh well good news!

Mosaic elite status was extended for me until 01/31/17. I thought there was a glitch on the website but nope. When you click on "Print Card" on your TrueBlue account, it tells you the expiration date.

Interesting that some got an extra month. Mine doesn't show that for the expected expiry at the end of the year:

My guess is it's given at the end of the year as a courtesy to people who have not already qualified for the following year. Nice gesture.

Looking at your mosaic start date, looks like you qualified for entire 2017, which would give you the rest of 2016. Wouldn't make sense for Jetblue to give you status for a little over 3 months.

I did requalify in 2016 for the 2017 program year. My point was that they typically do not give the extra month in the following year like legacy US programs do.

They sent out an email in December to all mosaics that hadn't requalified that the status was being extended through January 31st.
