Cell phone rental at NRT or elsewhere?

I need to rent 2 Japan cell phones for a week for an upcoming trip. Does anyone have any experience with renting from one of the companies at NRT? Or find one elsewhere in Japan or in the US that is good?

Does anyone have any specific experience with ABC JAL at NRT?

Do see the threads listed. I just used Rentafone Japan last month and it worked well. They delivered it to our house in Japan on time, phone service worked nicely, and can be returned at any yubinkyoku (or posto -- post box) using the pre-paid mailer they give you. I will use them again. Good luck.

Based upon recommendations here, I rented a couple of phones from this company before I arrived in Japan. They sent me the phone numbers before I arrived and the phones were waiting for me at my hotel when I arrived. Dropped the phones in the mail at the airport on the way out. I received an email from them a couple days later saying they received the phones along with the charges for the calls made. Very convenient service and efficient. I recommend them.

Some luxury hotels will loan you mobiles to use during your Tokyo visit and surcharges are very reasonable -- I know that at least the Peninsula and Park Hyatt will.
