Recommendation for reliable car service
First time traveling to Tokyo and arriving late (11pm) at HND and need to get to the Andaz Toranomon Hills. I have read various threads on public transportation options and even staying the first night at the airport, and have decided my best option is to hire a car service, as I have 5 people with luggage and am afraid I would have to take 2 taxis otherwise---I don't want to split up.
Can someone please point me to a reliable car service that can pick up 5 people with luggage. Ideally looking for a website in English whereby I can arrange online so that someone is waiting for us at the airport. I would rather pay a little more for a reliable company that others have used in the past. Thank you.

I've used Hinomaru when travelling to Tokyo for business and have no complaints. All of the drivers I had spoke enough English to get me to my destinations without any issues. I'm fairly certain any driver will know where The Andaz / Toranomon Hills is located. We stayed there in January and loved it.
I was travelling with a group of co-workers last August and Hinomaru sent two minivans for us; it was quite comfortable.

I used these guys when I moved to Japan and had a lot of luggage. Looks like they charge 10k yen for a large mini-van (e.g. Toyota Alphard) from HND.
