And looks like the seat map is identical to the existing configuration according to the seat map shown in the booking engine.
Retrofitting a 777 takes 3-4 weeks. JAL started retrofitting 777-200 in April, 777-300 will start in August, 767-300 in Sept, and 737-800 in October. Total of 34 planes will be retrofitted this year.

最初の改修となった777-200は4月に作業を開始し、777-300は8月から、767-300は9月から、737-800は10月から改修を順次始める。年内の改修は34機となる見通し。改修期間は777の場合、3-4週間程度だという。

I wonder if this means they'll be selling F to HKD for the first time.
