JAL 017/018 and JAL 735/736
Still new to this forum as a whole, I thought may be I can ask the expert flyers here. 
Will be flying JAL later on this summer on the above flights from Vancouver, Canada to Hong Kong via Narita.
Any advise on:
1. Seat selection?
2. Airport Lounge usage in Naita and Hong Kong?
My wife and I will be in business class while the two kids will be in economy.
