Update to JMB International Sector Miles from Jan 1 2011
Apparently this has been in place since 1/1/11 because that's when the new IATA TPM is apply.
The only change is TOKYO-XIAN will now earn 1768 sector miles instead of....1767. YAY 1 extra sector miles
