In Italy the Service is called SalaBlu, or Blue Room. They will meet you at Termini, they will escort you to the train, they have lifts to get you on the train, pretty much everything you need. You have to contact them ahead of time and arrange the service. Their office is open from 6:45AM until 9:30PM, but they provide service 24 hours a day. You have to arrange it in advance. SalaBlu is provided in most major cities in Italy, as well as at FCO. They will even loan you a wheel chair to get around the station and airport, as well as a trolley for your luggage. Here is the website.

Remember, you can't just show up. You should email or call well ahead of time and arrange the service. The contact info is all on the website.

Since you don't use a wheelchair, and since the main entrance of Termini and the walk to all of the tracks inside is flat and doesn't have any stairs, perhaps you were asking about a different person, and a different train station?

Sorry, I thought you were asking about wheelchairs, and about Termini.

Not if you read the OP's post from the day before. He wrote that he is staying at a hotel 10 minutes from Termini, and asked if Termini has a train to FCO. There is no metro train from Termini to FCO. There is a local train from Tiburtina and one from Piramide, but none from Termini.
