Ambassador Voucher problem

I recently renewed my Ambassador Membership and the kit I received has a website address: www.intercontinental.com/Ambassadorvoucher where I am supposed to enter my code for 5,000 bonus points. Unfortunately, the website does not seem to exist and I keep getting a message that the page has moved or is non-existent. Does anyone have any insight or experience with this issue?

Problem solved--the site was down for about 20 minutes and is working fine now!

If membership is a club level and not the ambassador
Are certificate Ambassador Voucher Grant account to upgrade from club level
To the Royal Ambassador level ?

It depends on what certificate you have. If you have a ROYAL AMBASSADOR REFERRAL certificate and you're Club level, you'll have to pay $200USD (I think, it may be more now) and then you'll be a Royal Ambassador.

If you're just simply joining the Ambassador program then, no, you'll only be a Gold Ambassador (Gold is granted automatically with Amb just as Plat comes automatically with Royal Amb).

Sorry to dig up an old thread ....

I was trying to redeem my latest points voucher today, and the link on the letter (same as above) just dumps you at the general Ambassador website. Any idea how I redeem the voucher?

The old priorityclub.com/redeem site doesn't work now either.

I also have a 15k voucher - you get these if you pay a higher fee for Ambassador renewal. You also get a 10% rebate on your redemptions during the year.

Based on my expected redemptions, it was a decent deal.

Although less decent now the 15k don't count for status!

Loyalty Lobby either a) ticked the wrong box in error when he renewed or b) PC sent him the wrong box!

Thanks, just tried and this link works. Deposited my 15k voucher which unfortunately doesn't count towards status; still says I need 60k to maintain Plat Amb.

You also get a 10% points rebate if you have the PC Chase Visa card, so would that net you a 20% point rebate? Are these two benefits "stackable?" I spent 300K points for a week stay at IC Madrid and received 30K points back courtesy of Chase; 60K would have been even better. Can you direct me to where the Ambassador T&C's notate the 10% rebate?

both ambasador and hotel vouchers post as non-qual points

I just posted my RA 5k points and my hotel points vouchers (given by hotel to make up for a not so good stay)

Points posted immediately but as I feared, no elite points show, despite an immediate balance increase.

I can guess that PCR changed rules a few days early as otherwise loads of voucher holders would have been registering vouchers 1minute into 2013 to beat the change regards vouchers being non-quals

Thanks for the link! My 15k voucher posted immediately and of course with the statement "Only 50 more qualifying nights or 60,000 more points to maintain Platinum Ambassador for next year."
