New properties in NYC - bookable but no Reward nights
Holiday Inn Time Sq South, EVEN and Indigo LES all open in Sep/Oct and regular rates are bookable but no reward nights availability.
Any idea / experiences when reward nights will be available?

We've gone through this many times before for new hotels not yet open in many other threads. Generally, reward nights are not offered until the hotel actually opens. And who really knows when the hotel will open as it often gets pushed back.
