I would imagine that you would be able to do so on a domestic flight. Transporting oysters will however be quite tricky.
BTW: Take into consideration that the TSA will likely open the checked box/bag and inspect it.

Are you planning on keeping them packed on ice for the trip? Oysters have a habit of dying in a way that you may not want to eat them afterwards.

It seems unwise, but I would also urge you to review all of the rules about agricultural and similar imports to Hawai'i and only consider this if you are absolutely sure it's allowed.

I've brought fresh salmon to Hawaii before, and have seen live oysters for sale at Costco there before too. But I'm uncertain if a private citizen is permitted to import them for personal consumption.

Really, I don't think you should do this. You obviously love Hawaii, or would not be coming here. Why tempt with Mother Nature?
