Can other people transfer Amex points to my Delta Skymiles?
Hi there,
Can other people transfer Amex points to my Delta Skymiles?
I need about 30k points for my Delta Skymiles and was thinking to exchange points with my friend.
Has anyone done this recently? Does it work?
If my friend has Amex Plat, can he do that? Will there be any trouble for either side of the party? (Amex or Delta)

The short answer is no. Amex doesn't like it, but I don't know if they actively stop/punish it.

Your friend can no longer transfer Membership Rewards points to your Skymiles account unless you hold a supplementary card on the friend's American Express card account. See discussion here:
