IndiGo Baggage

Hi All

Did a search and didn't find an answer; so do IndiGo permit baggage pooling and do they have a maximum single item weight limit?

Thanks in advance.

no baggage pooling....

baggage allowance is 15kgs for domestic & 20kgs for international....i think they permit you to purchase an extra 30kgs as a maximum....

From IndiGo by Twitter today:

Sure, passengers travelling under same PNR can club their baggage together.

Three internal flights, 2 passengers with the same surname, BOM-DEL, DEL-GOI & GOI-BOM. We had 3 bags between us, I fiddled around for the first to ensure we had 2 of 15Kg each and one about 27KG, I needn't have bothered. On all 3 flights the cases were weighed together and came to less than 60Kg total (15+15 each) and we had no issue. Sorry for the late reply but the last flight was yesterday.
