Its well said - Never hit a man with glasses. Hit him with a baseball bat!! Kudos AI you hit a home run!!
With all its demeanors AI was surely on a right track and the train derails, Lohani is pulled to rein the train back on track - Leaving AI on Auto pilot!!

i was never convinced that he was the right man for the job but he was very well liked by the ai employees....everyone i talked to who was associated with ai had positive things to say about him....
