Delhi Int-Dom transit Airport Hotel Air India
I am planning on booking my wife and baby on Air India Chicago ORD to Nagpur NAG via Delhi DEL.
I would like them to stay at the airport hotel between the flights. Will she be able to hand over the checked luggage after customs to Air India ? I don't want her to haul the checked bags all the way to the airport hotel and then bring them again next morning for domestic check in.
- ORD - DEL reaches delhi at 15:15
- DEL - NAG leaves delhi at 05:45 next day

if its one though ticket then she will be able to hand her luggage over to the ai staff after clearing customs....if its different tickets then i don't think the ai staff will accept the luggage 14+ hours before the flight....
