Don't do Agra. There's enough in Delhi to see and it's Monsoon (rainy season) so significant chances of delays etc. My suggestion would be to stay at the Taj Mahal (walking distance to Khan Market with great shops and restaurants). Rent a car/driver for the day. Eat lunch at the Lodhi garden cafe. Visit the red fort and do the Akshardham temple (a Disney like hoot).
