Jet Airways booking classes

I have just booked DEL-BOM-BRU and CDG-BOM-DEL as two separate one ways. While booking these tickets, I found that the Jet website is booking the domestic sectors on Y class whereas all OTAs, ITA and even Jet's own call centre is booking the domestic sectors on T class. The total fare is the same in all cases.

This same thing is happening also for DEL-BOM-CDG-BOM-DEL return ticket.

Anybody knows how / why this happens?

Seems like that. Even though all otas and ITA is booking on the lower class.
However, even from the Jet website, the complete fare code starts from K or H, as the case may be.
