International Transit at BOM
Hi Everyone,
I have searched the forums for an answer to this but can't seem to find one that quite describes my situation, I appreciate any help anyone can give me on this!
I am looking at arriving in Mumbai from Colombo on Sri Lankan airlines at 02:10, then departing Jet Airways to Abu Dhabi at 05:20.
These flights will be on seperate tickets.
Will I first of all be allowed to transit internationally without a visa, being that the tickets are on different PNR's?
Secondly, is a 3 hour different airline connection feasible at BOM? I would like to check a bag but can go carry on only if it means I would make it.
Thanks in advance for any help,
DOHUA ^

3 hours is enough time for an international to international transit in mumbai....i would be more comfortable doing this with a visa but it can definitely be done without one as well....just don't check in luggage....

If you can go carry on, nothing like it. 3hrs is way more than needed time to connect even if you are on different PNR flights. Just make sure you don't cross immigration, connections can be made via transfers desk located just before immigration. Just ask anyone of the Jet agents out there and they would help you out.
