Have IT hold times become longer?

Have IT hold times become longer?

I had to call IT customer service regarding a small interline to a ticket (BA issued but with IT interline for India domestic)
They took a long time to answer and the first few times didn't answer at all.
Reminds me of the PR number in YVR.
Sometimes I have to use their TA number that they put online for all to see.

IT has suspended operations. BA will reissue your ticket. Don't waste your time trying to call IT.

Do they have interline agreements with 9W/AI?

what did they say when they answered????like mentioned here, they have suspended all operations & it doesn't look like they will be resuming anytime soon....
