IB contact number in the U.S. for lost baggage?

IB contact number in the U.S. for lost baggage?
Hi,
IB made me gate check my carry on in Madrid last Thursday. Long story short, the carry on never arrived to destination and an incident was open.
Now, IB tracing system says my baggage has been retrieved and that delivery by X-press Bag in DFW (where I live) happened on June 21st - which of course was not the case.
I am not sure what's going on and I have not found a reliable source of information.. Does anyone know whom could I call in the U.S./DFW area to sort this mess out?
