IBERIA - exit row seats

IBERIA - exit row seats
Hi,
we have booked a flights from Madrid to Santiago de Chile. Now I have seen that we can reserve exit row seats for a charge of 65 Euro or 35 Euro. What's different of these exit row seats?
On Seatguru and other websites I have not seen any pictures of the exit row seats on IBERIA. So may be you have some pictures for us or if you fly on this route, may be you can take some pics for us.

I personally have never seen pictures of the exit rows before.
In the case of IBERIA economy it seems to be exactly the same as a normal economy seat with the difference of a lot of extra space.
