Tier status expires one day early?
Logging into my account today, I saw that my Diamond Tier expiration date is set as February 28th, 2016.
Does Hyatt Gold Passport not count leap days for status?

There is one precise scenario where this would be meaningful:
1) If you're Diamond now, but not going to requalify this year
AND
2) You have a stay booked beginning exactly on 2/29 of this year.

My account states that my status expires of Feb. 29, 2016 - so I'm thinking it isn't an indication of a major IT flaw.

I predict that this is potentially more of a problem for Hyatt than for us. Given their typical bias in our favor on suchlike, if they don't fix it by then, they might wish to hire an extra temporary call center person or two in the run up as they face fixing it ad hoc many times in the event. Bet they straighten it out soon enough.

I did. They said they would manually adjust things on February 29th if necessary. But I would rather have the root problem addressed.
On another note, I have yet to receive a Diamond package, but I have received two Platinum packages. Much strangeness is afoot.
