Diamond Line Change?

When I've needed assistance from a Hyatt rep the last couple of months, I noticed they don't greet you by stating that you've reached the "Diamond Line".

Anyone else have that experience?

You just get to the front of the queue with the "diamond line" number

I've had to call several times recently and have been greeted by "Thanks for calling the Diamond Line". So this is now a dedicated line??

No - if the agent notices that you called on the Diamond number, you'll get that greeting.
