Hyatt Finally Back in Spain (Typo)

According to the Cat 5 Awards chart the Andaz Amsterdam has relocated or is relocating to Spain

Can anyone confirm or deny this?

First the debacle with the Diamond status for the credit card and now this. I'm going to pursue this by all means necessary. PM me if you want to join me in taking legal action to make Hyatt relocate this property (if it hasn't been already). @:-)

Thank you for your questions and concerns about the our Andaz Amsterdam's relocation. If you have any other questions or concerns, please feel free to PM us. We are more than happy to assist you.

Drew,
I think he is referring to this:

Maybe you can fix it so it says the Netherlands instead of Spain.

So sorry everyone for my super sarcastic sense of humor. Clearly not as funny as I thought it was. Feel free to delete this thread mods.

LOL. Apparently, Hyatt doesn't proofread well. Diamond CC error and now this. Embarrassing.

Would be great if Hyatt reps read over their posts before clicking off too, grammar and content, especially since they represent the group. Also a lot nicer if the reply contained the courtesy of an apology.

You'd probably just get a "we regret that you misunderstood our intended message" type of "apology"...

Agree. But would still be better manners, and what is most important, in the interest of Hyatt. This is a simple example of how basic courtesy and social grace is essential, especially to PR or "communication" staff. They define the pubic's perception of the brand. Their manners (or lack thereof) brand their own brand.

Sorry, I'm not understanding this. Why would an apology be necessary?
