Can't book free nights for 2 adults and 2 kids in Europe or Asia

Hello,

Can someone help me? When I go to the Gold Passport website and try to book a free night for 2 adults and 2 kids with points in either European or Asia Hyatts, it tells me there is no availability. However, when I try to book in the US it works fine. I can't think of what I might be doing wrong or is this something that can't be done on the site and needs to be called in?

Thank you!

Sorry, I don't follow... we're one family, we don't need 2 rooms.

Thanks

Try 2 adults. 1 kid

Or try. 2 adults 2 beds. No kids

Don't present 2 kids at check in

THIS is resolution of my parents in 1980's

Works fine.

In many countries the room capacities are limited to two people, unlike in the US where many rooms can hold 4 people. So yes as 4 people you would have to book 2 rooms in those countries.

Please continue discussions at the referenced threads since they are recent.

I'll lock this thread for housekeeping purposes.
