Did we ever get an answer about Hyatt policy when elites are "walked?"
I recall a recent thread relating to this issue, but now can't find it. So I assume that specific issue was resolved satisfactorily (either that or I just can't find something that is staring me in the face).
But if would be nice to know if there was a general policy, applying specifically to elites: anyone have any comments/thoughts on that?
