"Account of the Month" bonus (5,000 / 3,000 points)?

"Account of the Month" bonus (5,000 / 3,000 points)?
I stayed at a HR this week for one night and got 8,773 points on a $119 room!
Breakdown:
Base points: 595
Diamond Amenity Bonus: 1000
Diamond Bonus: 178
"2000 Point Bonus" (yes that what it says): 2000
"5000 Account of the Month Bonus": 5000
Total points: 8,773
What's up with this and the "2000 Point Bonus"?

The 5,000 strikes me as being in the single-property "random act of kindness" category. Kind of like when you leave your business card in the vase. (Bravo, HR Greenwich!)

I got the same thing, hyatt said it is based on the company that you booked the reservation under, so as an example if you booked it under the IBM rate, and asa company IBM was the top spender there, you get the 5k bonus. Sounds like a good deal but you have no control over it. Wonder if any other Hyatt offers this or specific to the greenwich hyatt

And I DO book there under the corporate GE rate. So maybe that explains it.

any idea on this bonus "3000 Account of the Month Bns"?
i got this bonus points on a cross-month stay from Jan 31st to Feb 5 @ PH Beijing.
initially it was normally base pts and diamond bonus, i asked for the diamond amenity 1k bonus, granted. Yesterday i phoned hyatt center, asked if this stay is eligible for gp618(weekend bonus, just a trivial try). she put me on a hold , after the hold she said she didn't found the gp618. but i found the 1k diamond amenity disappeared , this one, 3000 Account of the Month Bns jumped out.
i recall that i might read a thread talking about this, but i remembered someone hear said this 3000 Account of the Month Bns is linked with corp rate with some specific property. For my situation, this stay was under a very good corp rate. But my company should have very few patronages on this property.
Any idea on this?

I'm also interested to hear if anyone else has more details. After one my calls to customer service a couple months ago to get welcome amenity points posted for a few Hyatt Place stays, I noticed a few '1000 Account of the Month Bns' and '3000 Account of the Month Bns' bonuses were posted to my account. I always stay under the same corporate rate, so I was surprised to see this on only a few of my stays. Not that I'm complaining...

The should be no Diamond Amenity on stays outside NAmerica, so you'd not be entitled to that bonus on a Beijing stay.
How many other stays/nights did you have during January? Seems like some sort of unpublicized bonus related to having lots of stays in a given month.
