Beijing 5*Sunworld Dynasty Hotel from £18 double Sept/Oct,14
Available for Sept/Oct 2014 for superior double RO. Looks refundable. Book on Otel,onhotels,hotelpronto,Amoma,others. Also I think you need 2nights min to get the rate.
Price jumps to around 70-80 GBP from November.
4/5 on TA...looks reasonable enough location wise.
