Mexico City -NH hotels promotion from £4 Pn double -2014-2015 .
Around 5 of the NH hotels seem to be on offer from around now until August '15 in Mexico City.
Prices from £4 depending on hotel and room choice. Standard rooms to Suites available. Available with many OTA'a ...Prestigia, Hotelpronto, logitravel, hotelsclick and more. Just look on kayak ,trivago, hotelscombined etc.
The Ramada Aeropuerto Mexico City also seems to have gate crashed the party on certain dates from around £12.
I have not booked any hotel but the deal seems to reach payment page showing correct price with no problems.

Yet another non NH hotel has decided to crash the party.
This time it's the Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham at Toluca .Hotel is near the airport at Toluca and about 39 miles from Mexico City.
Double Rooms/Suites for 4 persons with bft available from Jan'15 from £4-£5.
Book on Wyndam .Non prepaid and fully refundable.^

Ramada
I would caution anyone that tries to book the Ramada just to get points without actually staying at the hotel. Tried to do this back in early 2011 when they had a very low rate with the Ramada near Mexico City. Not only did I not get any points, but I also had to fight back to get most of my money back given they claimed they were owed some portion. Finally gave up since it amounted to about $3 per night for four nights that they kept. This hotel is not honorable.

got the NH airport deal on kayak... wanted to book the other NH but it priced out back to $70... instead of 30 :-( Oh well... booked a cheaper 3 star hotel instead.
