I called their reservation department, and they said that May 1st and later reservations are "guaranteed". The spa and Mediterranean restaurant will not be open yet. All the rooms will not be finished, which I guess is why they're not taking any new bookings until the 18th.
I might be a bit hesitant on this one to be the first guinea pig.

My booking still like previous but they are not touching at all on the room booked.

Copied here is Ms XX, our Front Office Manager, who will send you the information about available transportation options using Blue Bird/ Silver Bird/ Golden Bird for airport pick-up as well as to use them for city destinations/ tours.
At this point in time we foresee that the Spa, Mediterranean Restaurant and the Executive Lounge will not be operational during your stay. Nevertheless all your amenities and entitlements will be honored for breakfast, afternoon refreshments and evening cocktail either at OPEN All Day Dining or at the T Lounge.
I am looking forward to personally welcome you and your family to our hotel, meanwhile please let me know if I can be of any assistance.

The Presidential Suite is not ready yet, and they have no firm date yet.
<edited>Looking on hilton.com, it seems the first bookable date for the Presidential Suite is August 1st. Of course there are lots of bookings that people have made, so perhaps this isn't an accurate opening date.
If you do have a stay planned in June or July, you might not get the room you wanted.
