Break out the popcorn folks:

1, 2, 3, or 4 bedroom condos showing for "Total $0.00 - Includes Taxes/Fees"

These are listed among other hotels that have a $0 base but the cleaning fees etc. bring the total somewhere between $25 and $200 for a week. These are located in Puerto-Peñasco, Mexico (just a few hours drive from PHX). Probably a low likelihood of this being honored.

I regularly run across .0-.80 properties in south and central america. Often it's a currency issue. I've yet to see one honored but hope springs eternal.

Just btw, my guess is that the ones that take some sort of payment (the $12.50 ones vs the $0.00 ones) are more likely to be honored. This is the way it's played out on other cases - the hotel says, we've taken no payment.

But given the small site, and not being direct, I imagine it's less likely to be honored. But worth finding out! Thanks OP booked some for sure!

Just booked a rez for next year. 10 minutes later, got a call from a lady saying she received my booking request, but unfortunately, the rate for next year hasn't been loaded yet. So she may book me for $150 per night (a 50% discount) for 3B3B PH for this stay.

No, thanks.

Also received a email and phone call regarding the cancellation of my reservation. I booked the $0.00 rate, so it will be interesting to see if the $12.50/$25.00 reservations will be honored. Keep us posted!

Free is too good to be true so we do not mind paying a few $/night

Just booked a 7 day stay and got a call right away. Offered to hold the room for $150 until they price out the dates and then I have the option to cancel. Told her to just cancel.

Thank you very much OP for posting this great deal. I was tempted to book but then I decided that I won't join in. All hotels there seem to be cheap quality middle class hotels. For me it would be a waste of time and money to fly there. I prefer a solid five star hotel in Asia or Europe. Anyhow, good luck to all of you who booked the deal.
