the room seems like a good deal.
but what deters me is getting there
"One way airport transfer - $1,050++
Return airport transfers - $1,800++
Pricing is subject to GST and service charge"
does say if this is for one person.

It's okay. It's risk-free booking, no deposit required, cancel by 1 day earlier - I'd just book it first and then worry about logistics later.
