Looks like a mistake rate. I hope they will not be mean, and will handle it in the spirit of Narita Airport Rest House.

Was searching using Kayak, a few hours earlier today. Haven't seen any dates beyond February, but seems available on almost all dates in late Dec, Jan, Feb.

yeah i did see it on TL..just didn't use their flexible date search...

Indeed, it seems that the nonrefundable (mistake) rate has been withdrawn by TL. Only the refundable rate remains bookable on Kayak/TL.

Stayed there a few times care of Delta Airlines in their "Business Executive" room, was nit all that impressed, but definitely worth the $18 a night rate, it is a fair shuttle ride from NRT keep in mind.
