Honors points calculation question

Hi, I'm new to the Hilton loyalty program, so I hoping someone wouldn't mind looking over this points calculation for a future stay. The stay will be within the window for the 'triple your trip' promotion and will be starting on a Saturday, checking out the following Friday. I will also be applying for the CITI HILTON HHONORS VISA SIGNATURE CARD with a 75,000 point bonus. So, assumimg an average daily rate including room charges of $270 does this look correct? Am I missing anything? Thanks in advance.

$270 x 2 weekend stays x triple points x 10 base points per dollar (270 x 10 x 3 x 2) = 16,200
$270 x 4 weekday stays x double points x 10 base points per dollar (270 x 10 x 2 x 4) = 21,600
$270 x 6 days x 5 bonus points per dollar (270 x 6 x 5) = 8,100
15% silver elite bones (45,900 x .15) = 6,885
$2000 final bill with fees/charges x 6 points per $ on Hilton credit card (2000 x 6) = 12,000
Bonus points for minimum credit card spend = 75,0000
Bonus points for $1000 annual credit card spend at Hilton = 10,000

Total points earned = 149,785

I don't know about their CC points. The elite bonus applies to base point only. In your case, it would be 270x10x6x15%=2,430. Your total before credit card points should be 40,230.

For the first four lines in your calculation, you will not earn points on the portion of the $270 that is taxes and service charges. So if the cost per night is actually $250 plus $20 tex, your calculation on the first three lines should use $250 instead of $270.

Hmm, just realized that I booked a AAA rate and the terms and conditions of the triple points offer states: "Offer is not transferable, is not valid for groups and cannot be combined with other select offers". Does anyone know if a AAA rate is considered an "offer" that might negate the triple points offer?

This. I've never lost a bonus because I booked AAA, Senior, AARP, US Swimming, US Soccer, MVP, etc.
