Yes, but it treats it (I believe) like a corporate rate (e.g., my company has a 10% systemwide discount as well as individual rates with some hotels).

Any generally usable Hilton discounts on the scene lately?
I used the handy 'USOC' 15% off rate many times in the past year or so and that Expired January 1.
It near always gave far better rates than Senior, AAA and Honours rates, and were cancellable up to 24 hours ahead.
Are there any other freely usable codes like that member might share? Have a lot of Multi night stays on the horizon, on my own dime, so be pleased to hear of anything that might be around. ozstamps at gmail dot com
