Is it just me or does anyone else find it impossible to validate whether or not they are actually earning points on their rentals? I log into my account and can see the history for the past 3 months, but my Canadian airport rentals, which should qualify, don't show up. I've called several times and always get reassured they're there, but I don't believe them. I finally got one rep who acknowledged they were missing (as there are no individual entries that correspond to the rental contracts). She said she'd 'run an audit' for the past two years to check, and the points would be posted to my account, but I've yet to see any difference in my balance. I'm President's Circle and rent weekly.
