That's strange. National offers the same pick up cities, with more return states.

Not that I have seen. MCO to OKC for example is AOK with Avis, but not with National.

Awaiting to see what Hertz does.

MCO to OKC works fine with National. The difference is probably the date. Both National and Avis offer the driveout in May, but only Avis offers it in June.
