Trip to Honolulu - advice needed
Hi all.
I'm based in Melbourne and am wanting to take my family to Honolulu over Christmas and New Years.
I've checked the flight options, and Jetstar is around $1400 per person (2 adults, 2 kids) from before Christmas until after New Years (about 2 weeks holiday time). The problem is, we don't want to fly with Jetstar (can't use any lounge, no points accrued, discount airline with terrible seat pitch).
I was hoping I might get some advice on how best to use our points/memberships to either get cheap flights with another carrier, or maybe pay for some of our hotels.
I have:
Thai Royal Orchid - Gold Member - 120,000 points
Westpac Altitude Rewards - 140,000 points
Starwood - only about 10,000 points left
Any suggestions are most welcome!

Welcome to Flyertalk xyzman29.
As this is about travel to Hawaii, we're going to move this to the Hawaii forum for greater exposure. This is peak travel to Hawaii though, so will be tight if you can find any award space. Hotels may be similar too...

QF flies SYD-HNL so that is an option (but higher prices than JQ). All prices will be at peak over xmas, I am paying AUD 1000 per night for hotel then (nice but not stunning).
