Hawaiian Miles Sign Up Broken?

I just tried multiple times to sign up my wife for HA's miles to save 10$ on the interisland baggage fee. However, the website always responds with "Internal process error". Is that a known problem, are there ways around it, and is known when a fix is to be expected? I don't really want to donate them money because their IT is broken...
