Petite Abeille
Monday nights is 50% off all beers at Petite Abeille at 1st Ave. and E. 20th Street -- maybe at the other locations too. Pretty extensive list of Belgian beers. Food is good too.

There's also one a few doors from Splash if one wanted to do the 'cocktails then dinner' thing.
