Vegetarian food in Munich, and Christmas Market questions

My family will be spending a day in Munich in a few weeks (in transit to Asia). One of us is a vegetarian. Can anyone recommend a good restaurant, not too fancy/expensive (we have a child), that has a good choice of vegetarian options (not fish, but milk/eggs ok)? The restaurant doesn't have to be all veg, although that would be fine too, if the food is good!

Also, which is the best Munich Christmas market for locally-made crafts?

Vegetarian

Prinz Myshkin is quite central, and is probably the best vegetarian restaurant in Munich. It is more reasonable and casual at lunchtime (as are most restaurants)

I emailed Prinz Myshkin but didn't get a response - any idea if they will be open for lunch on Christmas day (December 25)?
